Shipping

Turnaround:

• All in-stock orders are fulfilled Monday by through Saturday excluding Sunday and holidays.

Carriers:

• We utilize USPS Priority Shipping, please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping.

Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers will be provided once received from the shipping carrier,
• If a package shows it has been delivered by the tracking number, we are not responsible for lost packages.

 Note:

*Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order.  Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees.

*Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.

Order Pickup Rules and Regulations:

- Once you select Pickup, you can not request/change your order. It will not be available for shipment once the order has been transferred through our shipping portal.

-When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive all information and instructions neede for local pickup via email. This will include the address! 

Pickup Times: 

- If you have chosen Pickup please allow 1 business day to process the order for you. 

-If orders have not been picked up after two weeks, you will be charged a $10 shipping and convenience fee. 

- All orders must be picked up within one week period. We are just as excited as you are about getting new things! 

- Pickup times are Monday-Friday, 5 pm to 7 PM and on Saturdays 9 am- 12 pm. No Sunday pickup available!
